The COLLECTIVE Series was created for the die-hard big mountain and back country enthusiasts. These true directional boards feature an increased progressive side-cut and a set back stance that gives the rider superior control even in the tightest tree spots. This series is also cap constructed with Academy's above average standard features. These boards also have increased effective edge for excellent stability in high-speed turns and a longer nose/radius profile for maximum surfacing in the heavy pow days. The full-length urethane dampeners help reduce chatter on the rutted hard pack and ice in turn providing the rider with better edge control and a smoother ride. The Collective 158 Wide is a freeride design for the big footer. This series’ running widths are wider, but do not sacrifice sidecut or turning technologies. This is a functional wide board that gives the rider more stability and better edge to edge energy transfer than most wide boards out there.

“The Collective 58 wide is my favorite all around board. It’s perfect for riding any part of the mountain, with a medium to stiff flex, it's good for landing big airs and steep lines. I pretty much ride a 58 all over, from the park to sled land, it’s all good.”

Collective 63 - The dopest board I’ve ever ridden. It’s big and wide and just plows through everything. It’s perfect in the backcountry and super fun on really big park jumps. It’s stiff but not too much and let’s you get a big wide stance on this board your always going way faster than everyone else. Pretty much the weapon of choice for a powder day.”
